European massage is broader and softer: a blend of Swedish effleurage, aromatherapy and relaxation technique aimed at calming the nervous system. Most guests choose Russian for pain and stiffness, European for stress and sleep.
Yes. Our floor carries certified therapists — female and male — from Russia, Ukraine, Morocco, Egypt and Iraq. You can request a specific gender or a named therapist at booking, and we will honour it wherever the rota allows.
Nothing. Disposable underwear, a private shower, robes, slippers, towels and all oils are provided. Arrive ten minutes early so we can run a short consultation, hydrate you with herbal tea and calibrate pressure before you get on the table.
Every treatment of 60 minutes or longer includes full wet-facility access: sauna, steam room and jacuzzi.
