What a Russian spa session looks like
In a Russian spa, heat comes before hands. A sauna or steam cycle softens the fascia and opens circulation, so the therapist can work deeper with less discomfort. Then comes Russian massage: a fixed anatomical sequence of compression, friction, tapping and joint mobilisation that covers every muscle group.
Browns Spa has served Dubai since 2013 from Sonder Downtown Towers 3. Our therapists trained in Moscow and Kyiv, and Russian massage is our most booked treatment. It is firm and demanding, never painful: pressure is calibrated at the start and re-checked through the session.
Every treatment of 60 minutes or longer includes the wet facility: sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. You are in Downtown Dubai, open every day from 10 AM to 2 AM.

Questions, answered
A Russian spa pairs heat (sauna or steam) with firm, systematic massage. Heat softens the tissue first so deeper work is possible. At Browns Spa that means Russian massage plus access to our sauna, steam room and jacuzzi.
