What a European spa session looks like
European massage is the continent's classical relaxation system: flowing strokes, gentle kneading and warm oil, at a pace slower than your heartbeat. It is designed to switch the nervous system off, which is why guests often fall asleep in the first twenty minutes.
Our European therapists trained in Prague, Kyiv and Moscow salons where this style is taught as a discipline. You choose from our house oil blends, and the therapist keeps a hand on you throughout so the session never feels like it starts and stops.
Browns Spa is in Sonder Downtown Towers 3, Downtown Dubai. Every treatment of 60 minutes or longer includes sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, and we are open daily from 10 AM to 2 AM.

Broadly yes. European massage is the continental term for the same classical system, usually with slightly more warmth, longer strokes and a stronger emphasis on relaxation.
Absolutely. European massage sits at medium pressure by default, and our therapists deepen it on request while keeping the slow, flowing style.
