• Device and browser details, IP address and approximate location
• Pages you visit, time spent on the site, and how you arrived (for example, from a Google or social media ad)
• Clicks on buttons such as "Book Now", "WhatsApp" or "Call"

• Confirm, manage and remind you about your bookings

• Provide treatments safely and suited to your needs

Our website includes a chat assistant that answers common questions about treatments, prices and bookings. Messages you type into the chat are processed by a third-party technology provider to generate replies. Please do not share sensitive personal or medical information in the chat. For anything personal, contact us directly on WhatsApp or by phone.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with:

• Service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, booking tools, messaging services (including WhatsApp), chat technology and payment providers
