Terms and Conditions

We offer professional spa and wellness treatments, including massage therapy and grooming services. All treatments are provided for relaxation and general wellbeing only. They are not medical treatments and are not a substitute for advice or care from a qualified doctor.

You must be at least 18 years old to book and receive our services.

• Bookings can be made through our website, WhatsApp, phone or in person.
• A booking is confirmed only once we confirm it with you.
• Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time.
• If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened so the next guest is not delayed. The full price of the treatment will still apply.
• We will try to meet requests for a specific therapist but cannot always guarantee it.

• Please let us know at least 2 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Late cancellations and no-shows may mean you lose any deposit or offer price connected to the booking.
• We may need to cancel or reschedule a booking because of staff illness or circumstances outside our control. If this happens, we will contact you to arrange another time.

• All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED).
• Prices shown on our website may change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking will apply.
• Payment is due at the spa, before or after your treatment, unless agreed otherwise.

• Offers such as first-visit prices, early-bird prices, limited-slot discounts and combo packages are subject to availability.
• Offers apply only during the stated times and to the stated treatments.
• Offers cannot be combined with other offers or discounts unless stated.
• Unless stated otherwise, each offer can be used once per guest.
• We may change or end any offer at any time. Offers that are already confirmed for a booking will be honoured.

• Before your treatment, please tell us about any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, skin conditions, recent surgery, or if you are pregnant.
• Our therapist may change or decline a treatment if it may not be safe for you.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the health information you give us.
• If you feel any discomfort during your treatment, tell your therapist straight away.

• All our treatments are strictly professional and therapeutic.
• Any inappropriate behaviour, language or request towards our staff will lead to the treatment ending immediately, with full payment still due. We may also refuse future bookings and report the matter to the authorities.
• Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be refused service.

Please keep your valuables with you or in the lockers provided. We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings left on our premises.

• The information on our website is for general information only. We try to keep it accurate and up to date but do not guarantee it is free from errors.
• The chat assistant on our website gives general information about our services. Its answers may not always be complete or correct. Please confirm important details, such as prices and availability, directly with us.
• You may not copy, reuse or sell any content from our website, including text, images and logos, without our written permission.
• You agree not to misuse the website, including trying to access it without permission or disrupt how it works.

To the extent allowed by UAE law, we are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or services. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under UAE consumer protection laws.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with the "Last updated" date at the top.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Dubai.
