The single biggest difference between a good spa and a mediocre one is who is on the table with you. We publish names, origins, years of practice and specialities — and you can request any of them at booking.

Where a therapist's speciality overlaps with a treatment, we rota them onto it. Where it does not, we tell you and suggest someone who fits.

Certification is the floor, not the ceiling. Here is what happens between an application and a guest booking.
Every therapist holds an internationally recognised qualification — Moscow clinical massage school or Kyiv medical massage. We verify the certificate, not just the CV.
Candidates perform a full 60-minute session on our senior therapist and are marked on sequence, pressure calibration, draping, hygiene and aftercare. Roughly one in five applicants passes.
Twelve paid training hours a quarter, in-house.
Add your preferred therapist when you book. If they are unavailable we will tell you before confirming, not on arrival.
