Swedish massage is the classical Western system built on five strokes — effleurage, petrissage, friction, tapotement and vibration — performed with oil to relax muscle and improve circulation..
Swedish is the foundation every other Western massage is built on. Its five stroke families each have a distinct physiological job: effleurage moves blood, petrissage kneads muscle and lifts fascia, friction warms and breaks adhesions, tapotement stimulates, and vibration calms.

Booking, payment and access
Yes. Our floor carries certified therapists — female and male — from Russia, Ukraine, Morocco, Egypt and Iraq. You can request a specific gender or a named therapist at booking, and we will honour it wherever the rota allows.
Nothing. Disposable underwear, a private shower, robes, slippers, towels and all oils are provided. Arrive ten minutes early so we can run a short consultation, hydrate you with herbal tea and calibrate pressure before you get on the table.
Every treatment of 60 minutes or longer includes full wet-facility access: sauna, steam room and jacuzzi.
Cash, all major cards, Apple Pay and bank transfer are accepted. Booking is by WhatsApp on +971 56 270 6554 — send the treatment, date and time and we will confirm with you.
